We’re having internal discussions on exactly how to interpret the scoring rules when it comes to these 3-tribe challenges. The scoring rules are written this way:

Tribe reward: 1 points

Tribe immunity: 2 points*

*In a combined reward/immunity challenge with only two tribes, only immunity points will be awarded.
*In a combined reward/immunity challenge with three (or more) tribes, winning tribe gets 3 points, 2nd place gets 2, loser gets 0.

So the question this week is this: Should second place in the immunity challenge be getting immunity win points, since they are also immune (and it’s not a combined reward/immunity)? Note that this would also mean any tribe that gets some reward- such as the tarp for second place in this episode- would get reward points.
