Purple Rock Survivor podcast: Tony Vlachos interview part 2

We ask Tony all about his Survivor history, how the reality on the island compared to what was on TV, and the best parts of the game that didn’t make it on the show. We also happily admit how wrong we were about Tony early on, and why we hope others try to copy his gameplay in the future. As always, we welcome your feedback either here or on one of the many other avenues you can reach us (especially Twitter: @purplerockpod or email: purplerockpodcast at gmail). Thanks for listening! Tony is great. I’m pleasantly surprised you managed to get him on the show. As much fun as I had listening to Kass explain her play on RHAP, everything Tony says makes way more sense based on what was shown on the show. Tony’s many stories of what was not shown is interesting as well. Your podcast may not be as polished as RHAP, but I loved the fact that you just let Tony tell his story. I’m even halfway convinced that Jefra may have been a player, which makes Spencer’s decision not to tell her he had the idol even worse than I originally thought. If he listens to this, I’m sure he’ll be kicking himself.

  • By all indications, he’s been kicking himself about that since he left the show. Spencer’s been refreshingly honest about the mistakes he made out there.
